I am pleased to report that following our submission made to the Council in respect of Small Business Rates Relief, they have today agreed that the rates liability is reduced to zero both retrospectively and going forward.

I like the eventual simple solution to the problem, I wish they were all that easy.
As a Materials Engineer by training you had my head spinning with the Fe analysis! I can now safely rely on science again phew! :ugeek:
