DAVE GRIFFITHS (Commercial Lead)

Dave Griffiths joined KGAL in April 2006 as Business Development Director, with 30 years in a design and construction environment. Having started his career with Newton Chambers Engineering (NCE), the UK’s leading Water Control Gate supplier at that time, Dave built a thorough understanding of gate design, manufacture and installation for an International client base. He also gained experience in other sectors including Hydro Power Equipment and Large Valves. Major projects included the installation of gates at the Dinorwic Pumped Storage Hydro Power Station in North Wales and conceptual gate designs for Pergau HEPP, Maentwrog Dam, Sukkur Barrage and many others. Since joining KGAL, Dave has played a key role as Project Director on a number of schemes. As well as carrying out design review and site supervision, he and has recently supervised installation, removal and/or inspection of gates in The Sultanate of Oman and Brunei.
